Cape Dara is a luxury beachfront hotel located in Pattaya, around 2 hours from Bangkok.
Cape Dara is located at the Northern tip of Pattaya’s main beach, where it boasts it’s own private beach just a few steps away from the paradise inspired swimming pool.
Cape Dara features 2 buildings: a 26 story main building, which offer a variety of deluexe 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, corner and family units.
There is also the exclusive Top Star Duplex Suite spanning up to 123 meters!
The main high rise building is also home to :
Sphere Lounge: The only Nitrogen bar in Pattaya where they rustle up a creative mix of cocktails in a way that combines art with mixology – a definite must try!
Mellow Bakery Café:
Serving delicious cakes and pastries, and also 2 work stations make a great place to conduct the day’s business whilst having afternoon tea!
Ming Xing Restaurant:
Modern Cantonese and Dim Sum in a stylish restaurant which also offer private dining too – Open for lunch and dinner.
Radius is Cape Dara’s main restaurant and offers both international and local cuisine. Also host to the hotel breakfast, Radius offers a buffet selection for both breakfast and dinner and has a large selection in addition to the a la carte menu.
A great view of the bay, this is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Dara Club Lounge:
For those customers staying in suite type rooms, gain exclusive access to the Club Lounge on 24th floor. The views are sensational, and the Club Lounge provides all day dining, as well as complimentary happy hour and other choices.
The second building is home to the ocean view room types. With private pool rooms and ocean view rooms featuring an large bathtub on the balcony, Cape Dara please those who wish to be a touch away from the ocean.
Directly beneath lies an oasis inspired swimming pool with swim-up bar, and day beds can be found around the pool offering shade from the sun.
I stayed at the ocean view pool suite. The room, although not large in size was ample for 2 people and has a view of the ocean and swimming pool.
Access to the club lounge was a great benefit, and the happy hour was a nice touch. We watched the sunset from the club lounge and the views are spectacular.
My favorite parts of the hotel are the 2 large swimming pools. One is reminiscent of a tropical oasis, and features a swim-up bar, and sits adjacent to the ocean – great views!
Another nice touch is the Bvlgari bathroom amenities.
The main restaurant offers great food with a local and international menu, and provides a great ambiance for dinner with views of the ocean.
One thing that must not be missed is the Sphere. Cocktails are fantastic and very artistic! They taste great too!
