The Intercontinental lives up to it’s name as a modern luxury hotel, providing guests with a remarkable stay through it’s decadently appointed rooms, highly reputed food & beverage, and extensive offering of guest facilities.
Only a few years old, The Intercontinental, Osaka offer guests a modern aesthetic with it’s contemporary luxury design, throughout.

The sky lobby on 20th floor offers great views of the surrounding Osaka metropolis and is fulfilled with daylight thanks to it’s floor to ceiling windows. Also located at level 20 you’ll find some great options for food & beverage. Intercontinental Osaka is also home to Pierre, a 1 Michelin star French restaurant that holds a very highly distinguished reputation.

Service at Intercontinental Osaka is spot on. With its renowned 5 star Intercontinental service standards, and unarguable Japanese service mind approach, the service and attentive is remarkable. From the moment of arrival, staff are abundantly focused on guest satisfaction, and they do not disappoint by delivering help and assistance with the greatest of detail and care.

A must mention is the club lounge. Located on 28th floor, the views are fantastic, and the club lounge offers a variety of daily choices for it’s guests.

Breakfast is served until 10am, offering a great buffet selection including hot plates, pastries and others. Following breakfast, there are also choices for lunch, afternoon tea sets, and dinner. When differentiates the club lounge at Intercontinental Osaka is being the first ever club lounge/executive lounge I’ve experienced that offers a la carte hot choices for evening dinner. There are more than 6 choices including sirloin steak and scallops. The food is prepared to a high standard, offering guests a gastro experience that is unheard of for hotel club lounges.
A further mention are the cocktails, available between 5-7pm. Offering guests a collection of recognized and specially-made cocktails, the lounge provides them at no costs for all club lounge guests.

An upgrade to club lounge access rooms is definitely highly recommended.

An important thing to note at Intercontinental Osaka is the guest facilities within the hotel. Notably the Japanese baths, 24 hour gym, and 20m pool. For a city hotel, Intercontinental Osaka are offering premium hotel facilities that are otherwise unheard of. To top that, clothing, footwear and equipment are fully hirable from the hotel at no cost. Whether you require swimwear, gym clothes or bathing attire, Intercontinental Osaka offers it to it’s guests at no costs.


Intercontinental Osaka guest rooms average at least 50swm, thus providing guests with immediate comfort in size. The rooms are well appointed with the same level of design that can be experienced throughout the hotel, and also feature floor to ceiling windows, offering great views of the surrounding city.
The rooms are fitted with a full size bathtub and large rain shower and the bathroom comes equipped with high quality bathroom amenities.
Within the room, guests are also appointed with a Bose sound system that can seamlessly stream music from your mobile device, and provide high quality audio in the bedroom or bathroom.

French Restaurant ‘Pierre’ Positioned on the 20th floor overlooking Osaka city, Pierre is InterContinental Osaka’s signature restaurant. The restaurant has been awarded one star of Michelin Guide Kyoto-Osaka in 2017. Serving seasonal ingredients prepared with elements of Japanese and French techniques, highly skilled Pierre kitchen team led by Chef de Cuisine Susumu Okubo, creates a memorable dining experience producing original dishes that are striking to the eye. Pierre also boasts over 400 types of wine including rare wines, a range of champagnes and a special boutique house wine.

NOKA Roast & Grill offers all day dining in an open concept kitchen with vibrant ambiance. Chef Yoshiki Nishimura, who has great experience in roast and grill, leads the kitchen team by boasting special dishes acclaimed for their carefully selected seasonal ingredients. The emphasis is on fresh ingredients, freshly cooked and served with special sauce made especially for the cuisine.

Adee is a stylish bar where you can enjoy a variety of drinks, original cocktails and bar snacks under glittering chandeliers while looking over the view and vivid colours of downtown Osaka. After the sun slips away beyond the Yodogawa River, the in-house DJs and projection mapping on the walls ensure this is the trendiest bar in town.

Patisserie ‘STRESSED’ Located next to the entrance on the 1st floor, STRESSED serves wide variety of cakes, chocolates, hotel made bakery items and beverages. Available for eat in or take-out, these delectable treats are perfect for a break in between shopping or business and also ideal as souvenirs.

Lounge 3-60 Lounge, located on the 20th floor next to reception offers greatviews overlooking Osaka city through the floor to ceiling windows. This cosy and elegant lounge is an ideal place for important meetings, friendly gatherings or romantic moments.

Intercontinental Osaka hotel is located in a stunning location within a 5-minute walk from Osaka JR station. The hotel is also located in the Grand Front building, providing immediate access to shops and food choices.
